Carla will share how to lead change when everything is changing, strategies for developing leaders to be effective stewards of change, and tips for raising change agility in a global organization.
She will also provide a candid glimpse into their personal struggles in leading changes that would rock their organization, and how leading a global transformation led to the realization that change saturation is a myth.
Director / Change Enablement, Avnet, Inc.
Carla’s responsibilities include partnering with leaders to ensure strategic initiatives include a strong Change Management strategy and plan, and change leaders receive appropriate training and support to successfully lead change. She serves as change manager on large global projects and provides Change Management coaching, classroom training, and train-the-trainer workshops aimed at leading the people side of change. Her team is responsible for the management and evolution of the Change Management strategy and tools deployed across Avnet’s global footprint. This includes the creation of custom workshops, training, and tools to support strategic initiatives and business needs, and managing relationships.
Carla and her team provide global support through the facilitation of Change Management workshops, coaching leaders on their roles as executive sponsors and influencers, and providing guidance on mergers and strategic projects. Customizing these activities for cultural fit and regional customs is a critical component of this international work.
