About the event
In the last meeting of the ACMP SoCal Chapter Book Club, we began our discussion of Chip and Dan Heath's change classic, Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard. We explored Part 1 - Direct the Rider - which focuses on change from a rational, analytical perspective. But the real power of change management - and the greatest challenges - come from how we engage with people on an emotional level.
That's the main topic of our next meeting, in which we tackle Part 2 (chapters 5-7) of Switch - Motivating the Elephant - with the help of our gifted facilitator, Anka Pruszynska-Garcia.
