We had the honor and privilege to have had two great speakers on two very interesting topics. The event was kicked-off by our current ACMP President Anna - where she delighted the crowd with her charm.
Anna, set the stage for our 1st speaker: Ed Tyson who presented on - "Strategy by Design: Enabling Strategy & Execution with Intelligent Org Design & Change Management." Ed gave the crowd very valuable insight into what it takes to build a strategy around the future of a company (aka - organizational design). Ed answered many questions and brought to light new ways of thinking about "boxes and sticks" (e.g., the org chart).
We took a short break then we welcomed to the stage our 2nd speaker: Tony Fatouros, who presented on the "Digital Transformation NEEDS Change Management. Are You Ready?"
